Returns & exchanges

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. We refund the product price to the original payment method once the return reaches us.

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason and without penalty. Our satisfaction guarantee does not replace this right; it is offered in addition to it.

Where a product's protective packaging or seal has been opened and returning it is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply. As this product contacts the skin, returns of opened and used items may not be accepted.

Send us your return request with your order number and email address. We'll reply with the return address and the steps to follow.

Once your return is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few more days to show it. If 15 business days pass after approval and you still haven't seen it, write to us.

For returns within Türkiye we cover the shipping; once your return is approved we send you a return shipping code.

If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, we cover return shipping in every case. For international change-of-mind returns the shipping cost is yours; it can be expensive, so please write to us before sending anything back.
