Buyer: the person identified by the name, address and contact details given at checkout.

The subject of this contract is the sale and delivery of the product whose characteristics and price are shown in your order summary. Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping is shown separately at checkout, based on the destination and service you choose.

Payment is taken on the secure page of iyzico or Stripe. Your card details are not stored on the seller's systems.

The product is shipped to the address you give at checkout. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are on the shipping page. Any customs duties or import charges on international deliveries are payable by the buyer.

You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The seller additionally offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products whose protective packaging has been opened and which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Details are on the returns page.

In the event of a dispute, the consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts at the buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary thresholds set annually by the Ministry of Trade.
